Counter Notice Instructions

If you contend that your content was erroneously removed or access was mistakenly disabled due to misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Such notice must contain:

Policy on Repeat Infringement

Paiget Inc. adopts a firm stance against copyright infringement. Accordingly, we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for even a single instance of infringement, emphasizing our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights.
