1. Subscription and Access

1.1. Paiget offers various subscription plans for our services, which allow you to create online courses using generative AI technology. Each plan includes a certain number of tokens, which dictate the number of courses you can generate monthly or yearly.

1.2. Your subscription starts immediately upon payment and will automatically renew according to the plan selected (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Service

2.1. Paiget grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. The services are intended for commercial use, specifically for creating and distributing online courses.

2.3. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

3. Content Ownership and Copyright

3.1. As a user, you retain full copyright ownership of the courses you create using Paiget. Your intellectual property is yours, and we respect that.

3.2. Should you decide to collaborate with Paiget beyond the basic service, such as for promotional activities or additional services, a separate service agreement will be entered into.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you use or incorporate into your courses complies with copyright and intellectual property laws. Paiget is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by you in the creation or distribution of your courses.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping".
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the service.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
• Creating or distributing content generated by Paiget that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive.
• And more as outlined in the original terms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

5.2. We offer a free 7-day trial from the date of your subscription for first-time subscribers only, which includes several tokens for you to test the platform before entering into a pay subscription.

6. Modification of Terms

Paiget reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
